Cambodian cuisine

Cambodian food are similar to other Southeast Asia country, their taste are sweet and sour. Meals typically consist of more than one dish and dishes would use plenty of herbs, leaves, dipping sauces, edible flowers and other garnishes and condiments for seasoning.

Their staple food is rice. Soup in Cambodian Cuisine is not for drink directly, Cambodians would add the rice to soup when they are having their meal.
